We want every Kollion piece to feel exactly right. If you need to discuss a Gold jewellery exchange or return, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will personally guide you through the next steps by email, phone or message—whichever is most convenient for you. Gold jewellery exchanges Gold pieces may be exchanged within 7 days, provided the item is returned in good, unworn condition with its original presentation and any applicable documentation. All Gold exchanges are handled gram for gram: the Gold item you return must have the same weight as the item originally sold. For example, a 1.5 gram piece may be exchanged only for a 1.5 gram Gold piece. Silver jewellery Silver jewellery is final sale and is not eligible for exchange. Before sending an item back Please contact us before arranging a return or exchange. We will confirm eligibility, advise the appropriate return process and clearly communicate any delivery arrangements. Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, resized or returned without prior confirmation may not be accepted. Your peace of mind Every request is considered with care. This policy does not affect any rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
